Over the past couple days, I have begun a new form of advertising: Television.
Local cable company INSIGHT airs a program segment called The Real Estate Show. This program airs three times each and every day: 8:30-10:00AM, 2:00-3:30PM and 10:30PM-12:00AM.
This program doesn't have much to it, it's basically just a show advertising agents' listings across the city of Columbus. There is background music and a voice-over narration to enhance the ad piece, along with pictures and on-screen titles.
My ads run about 28 minutes into the program, so if you want to check out my ad, tune in daily at 8:58AM, 2:58PM, or 10:58PM on Insight, channel 10. I will also try to get my ad up and running on my website and link it to this post. So, if you don't have access to Insight Cable, you'll still be able to see my ad.
Anyways, for my first week of ads, I am running an ad about my website, video Reel-Tours and this blog. The second ad (which follows right after the first) is marketing my 846 Soramill Lane property. Each ad is 20 seconds long.
I will try to keep you posted on how well this does for me or if it generates any calls or business. We'll see!
