"Who's Dean Jackson", you ask?
To be honest and fair, my reply is, "I'm not really sure. But he's driving a lot of people to my website. So I love him!"
From what I have gathered, in the less than 10 minutes I put into researching Dean Jackson, he's someone who is currently trying to help Realtors think outside the box. He has a couple websites, www.moneymakingwebsites.com and www.DeanJackson.com, and I am assuming those websites are used to show Realtors new marketing and promotional techniques, and what the future of Real Estate is. Although, I may be way off. If I am, I am hoping someone will correct me.
Dean Jackson puts on conferences to teach his Realtor guests how to do this and what methods to use. This is where I come in, I guess.
Someone posted my website and blog address on one of Dean Jackson's message boards, and because of that, it more than tripled my normal website visitor statistics.
Not only that, I have received a few calls and emails telling me that my Blog (which you are reading) and my YouTube Channel are exactly where the future of Real Estate is heading.
Yea for me (sarcasm). I already know this, that's why I'm doing it. But still, it's nice to know that other people agree with me and support me.
Nonetheless, the people that have contacted me, have also asked me to be part of their up-coming conference in Toronto. Hmmm.... sounds to me like maybe there is more to this. Are these people just trying to make me feel good by boosting my confidence and then just assuming that becuase they make me feel like I'm great, I will shell out a bunch of my hard-earned money to attend a conference in Toronto?
(SIGH)... That's the air being let out of my sails. I hope that's not the case, but maybe it is. Either way though, I know my blog, my website, and my YouTube Channel are three things that are going to help separate me from my competition. So, with that being said, I'm proud of the work that I do and the manner in which I do it.
What's that? Oh, that's the air going back in my sails and me taking off!
PS - if you were directed here from Dean Jackson's website, I want to hear from you. Please post a comment here. Tell me about Dean Jackson. Tell me about you. Tell me about whatever you want. I want to hear from you. Thanks!!!

Hi Dan, my name is Chuck and I'm part of Dean's programs for Realtors. He spends most of his time learning and developing some of the best marketing and thinking about real estate in North America. His systems are responsible for a huge amount of wealth for many of us, and they're positive, value-oriented methods of meeting new clients by giving first before wanting anything. Dean trains some of the top Realtors and Lenders from across North America and is affiliated with www.byreferralonly.com, which is a coaching company whose purpose is to teach the systems to run a successful referral-based business. Dean is a super guy, the entire group of his clients is absolutely brilliant, and working with him ranks as one of the best decisions I've ever made.
When we saw your blog, we realized immediately that you're tuned into the same frequency we're all on in terms of technology, and that your values and ways of working are very congruent. Great work on the blog, it's very well done!
Hi Dan,
My name is Jan and I'm also one of Dean Jackson's "groupes"! Just kidding, though Dean is one of the most forward thinking marketers in North America. As Chuck said, he does spend most of his time thinking, and studying, and learning direct response marketing, not only from the Realtor and Lender viewpoint, but also from the Client viewpoint. After all, isn't that what we all want to do - look at our business from the client's point of view, and determine how we can add value to them, and their families, and their lives. Joe Stumpf, the founder for By Referral Only, calls it Leading with the Giving Hand, with no attachment to the outcome. Hmm. sounds a little like the Golden Rule, dontcha think?
So, Dan, this is no scam and no bunch of hot air. We really did discuss your blog and many of us did think that maybe your mindset and values were in line with those of us who are coached by Dean. Yeah, we all know where technology is headed, and some of us are further ahead than others (you are way ahead of me!) - but that's just one piece of the puzzle. As I said, the mindset has to come first.
We thought you would be a good match for our group -- as Chuck said, we are brilliant (just kidding)! I think if you decided to come to Toronto and check Dean, and the rest of us out, you will find genuine, honest agents and lenders, who all have a giving attitude. You should have probably already figured that out -- after all, how many agents and lenders want to share a great system with their competition! Even if you don't decide to let Dean coach you, you'll end up having a great weekend... it will be worth every penny you spend!
Hi Dan,
Isn't technology great? I'm not going to repeat everything that Chuck and Jan have already said. Although Jan really wasn't kidding when she said we were brilliant. We are thanks to Dean and Joe. Even if you spent the money to come to Toronto - $150 for the day of training - you would get more than your money's worth.
And from another Keller Williams agent, it all falls into the KW culture and way of thinking. Just another way to get it.
Thanks for thinking outside of the box and for sharing it with us.
