Think the real estate market is down, and now is NOT a good time to buy a home? THINK AGAIN!!!

And we're seeing this here in Columbus, too. Sellers are offering to pay for closing costs, or a few months of the association fees if applicable, and even throwing in large flat screen TVs to sweeten the deal! This real estate market has not been burst - it's just a little slower than it has been the past 3 or 4 years. It's still a great time to buy.
