Columbus is America's 3rd Most Stable Housing Market

Forbes Magazine is running a current feature on America's most stable housing markets, and guess who is #3? Yes, it is none other than our very own Columbus, Ohio.

Click here to read the article.

This is great news for everyone here in Columbus.

And again, this just goes to show that everything you're hearing about how bad the market is right now, is the media basically scaring everyone to death. Yes, the market is really poor in Cali and Florida, but here in Columbus, we're only experiencing a slight slowdown for Sellers. Plus, it's a GREAT time to be a buyer; one of the best times in fact.

And if you read Forbes Magazine's feature, you'll see that Columbus is projected to have the 8th fastest sales rate in 2008! Woohoo!

This is the time to buy! So, contact me today if you're thinking about buying in the next year or two. You won't regret it.
